Elderly Challenge - Observation 2
I observed that some elderly likes climbing the stairs as their daily exercise routine, but the only problem is that it could be quite dangerous for an elderly to climb the stairs everyday. If one day they fall (touch wood) , they might break their leg bones and as they are elderly, their bones may not grow like how teenagers do, they will feel very weak. I think that they could actually do some other simple exercises that could be part of their daily routine, for example, going for a slow jog in the park or things like that. This will also be safer for them and they can also exercise to keep fit. But remember, they MUST do their WARM-UP before they begin any exercise.
